Factory villa built around 1897 by the owner of the nearby technical fat factory for the tanning industry “Max Laue & Co, Neudamm”. Later, its owner was Willy Hennig. The Neo-Renaissance-style villa resembles the factory owners’ villas in Łódź. Thoroughly restored, it is home to the library and the Civil Registry Office. It has exceptional (of high historical value) preserved interiors with original woodwork, paintings and furnishings.
