Gozdowice - Güstebieser Loose ferry border crossing is the first ferry border crossing on the Oder in Poland. Years ago, the village was divided between Poland and Germany, at which time the ferry link was closed. It was not until 2007 that the two parts of the village were symbolically merged and integrated.  The ferry runs from April to October.
